UMI Hotel is a family owned accommodation located on the south coast of Iceland, about 150km East from Reykjavík.
Surrounded by a unique landscape of Icelandic moss, black sand beaches, glaciers and mountains, the hotel’s raw concrete exterior perfectly blend in with the elements. The interiors however, tell a different story. Warm colours, combined with rich, dark wooden furniture and amber lights, welcome every guests in a unique way.
Sandra Dís was the responsible designer for the interior decoration. Her experience and fine taste for unique pieces brought this place to life. Making it a must stop around the south coast of Iceland.
